ok, i've carried the Gambler for about a month now and it IS easy to carry for it's size BUT, how about if you lowered the frog stud about 2" inches to allow for sitting comfort AND use either a larger stud (more like the disc shaped Bagwell one) or a belt loop with a snap for easy removel ??? i realize this is not the tradional style but what do you think, my sheath shifts around to much for me and when i sit i have to move it up a few inches, i know it's supposed to be a floating system. if the sheath rode HIGHER then i could carry a longer model like the OHB. comments/feedback appreciated....

Get a Southern Comfort from Mike at River City Sheaths. If you need any modifications ask him if he will do it.He made a custom IWB for my Cold Steel Recon Tanto with a belt strap and snap fastener,it is perfect for a 7 inch blade. His work is top notch, you won't be disappointed with any sheath from him.

i'm going to have to send mine off for one of his sheaths, i checked with them and they seem to have it going on..i was curious if anyone else had the same thought...looks like great quality.

I highly recommend MSastre's Southern Comfort sheath. I have one for my Livesay/VanCook Sandbar Bowie.
I will have more sheaths by Mike :D
