I haven't found much info on this knife on bladeforums or youtube.Like the design of it and d2 as blade material, and plan to order it.In couple threads here they posted the design is flimsy etc and not strong enough. This is light duty ,easy to carry knife, and that's what I would use it for,and edc cutting.Any info is welcome!Has anyone actually tested the knife ,for strength and performance?

Obviously, I cannot claim to have an unbiased opinion. That said, it's the knife I carry. I'd probably stick with one of my other folders if I was really putting them through heavy use, but I used my knife maybe 5-6 times a day, and I'm probably cutting tape or a clam shell package when I do. It performs more than well enough for something like that. The knife does not have any liners, just G10 handle scales. There's some flex to them, and I've heard some people say they just found that there was too much. That said, I've never had a problem, it has never felt like the knife would break or give out, and the slim design and light weight that are afforded by the lack of liners make it great to carry. I can slip it into any shirt or pants pocket and forget it's there until I need it.

Short version: This knife is at the light duty end of the scale. You know the RAT folders and XMs of the world, the Dozier Arrow has a different purpose that it does extraordinarily well.

I do not need a hard use folder,as I have many fixed and folding knives suited for that. The design of this knife, blade, handle and d2steel is what I like, and plan to get it and use as edc.I am sure its tough enough for any cutting tasks besides batoning, lol :). HOW DOES this blade shape cut?I plan to thin it out behind the edge anyways on belt sander. The knife is similar to Benchmade 530 WHICH I often carry and use and is pretty good cutter.

I loved this knife when I bought it. Lightweight, cuts everything with ease. Past few months, it is rubbing the side liner when closing. Not centered at all. I've tried all the 'tricks', nothing helps. Steel is good, edge is good, handles are great, thumbstud should be longer so you can open it, not just flick it like a ti-lite. Nevertheless, blade rubbing liner problem is ongoing.
