Anyone give me a review of the Ontario Knife Joe Pardue Utilitac, uses a
440A blade which doesn;t excite me, but still looks like a cool knife..reviews more than welcomed...

440a isn't that bad if done right honestly, and of any company I expect ontario to do a good job with it. Go for it, only 25$!

Can't speak specifically of Ontario's 440A, but well done 440A has never let me down.

If a steel lasts through a solid day's work than its good enough for me.

I have used an Utiltac for daily carry/use in a job in heavy industry for 1 1/2 years. I do not wish to carry any other knife. It has cut up old slings for disposal, cut thousands of pieces of manilla rope for rigging, cardboard covering dirty ground, shaved down UHMW, scored/trimmed garloc for shims, cut belting, cut 3/8 to 3/4 in air hose, and I still can slice garden fresh tomatoes easily. I have never did more than run it across a strop a few evening a week. I bought a second just in case I lose the first. It is the one knife that I have fallen in love with.
