Ontario machete 18" , 12" sheath(plastic

5ive Star Gear G.I. Spec 18" Machete Sheath
Do these fit the Ontario 18" or a 12" ?

Any issues fitting? I read people complaining about the belt attachment rivet..
The one KnifeCenter sells has a bunch of negative comments(maybe its different)???
