ontario rat-1 framelock conversion

This Ontario had some blade play when it was just a liner lock, so me and brother decided to make it a framelock. This is the first time we have ever attempted something like this. It came out almost flawless expect for a hiccup cutting the lock out. The lockup is about 15 percent. It has zero blade play in all directions. We was wanting to know if anybody's has ever tried to convert a rat 1 to a frame lock before. We also want to know if looks good.
 
That is very nice ! I think it looks good . What thickness Ti did you use?Did you use the stock pivot?
 
Countersinking those holes will help, but it looks pretty good.

That said, I don't know it was necessary. The lock on the Rat 1 is tough as nails. Nutnfancy, as ridiculous as he is, did a good test of the kife, and it never failed
