Ontario rat 1 reassembly problems

I took apart my rat 1 for cleaning because it was filled with sand and now i cant seem to get it back to its former glory. Theres side to side play. the handle also doesnt seem to be correctly tightened together and when trying to deploy it there seems to be something scraping agaist the washers. I was wondering if anyone knew what was wrong and how i. could go about fixing it
 
The pivot washer is convex sounds like it was flipped inadvertently. I did same thing. Flip it over give it a whirl? Worked for me.
 
Just the metal one is convex if I remember right it was awhile ago that I had mine apart. I had flipped the side I had removed the other scale I left flat on the table after removing blade that side I knew had not been disturbed.
 
I checked all 4 washers and the only ones that are bent at all ate the teflon ones. both bronze are complty flat
 
I had the same problem with mine.
It ended up being the barrel spacers, they aren't all the same length.
I had to take apart and re-assemble about 5 times before it was right.
 
I just got it right. I lost the pocket clip, found it, lost it agin and found it again. now the knife is in my pocket
