Ontario Rat 1 ???

Can someone explain to me why the Ontario Rat 1 knives have 2 different types of logos on the blade? Seems some have the "Randall Adventure Training" on them and some just the "Ontario Knife CO." ?
 
Their liscense to use the Randall logo was up and so they switched to their new logo. I posted this question in the Ontario knife company subforum a while back.
 
I have both iterations of these great value knives. It's just a matter of time before the RAT triangles become collectors items - LOL - or so I hope!

Actually I wouldn't doubt the statement at all made about them becoming collection pieces,I tried like a mad man trying to find a Rat 2 in coyote brown yesterday with the triangle logo and none could be found,every place I checked said they were out of stock,checked Ebay early in the AM and they had quite a lot and I should have bought then but figured I could find a better price somewhere else and ended up with a Rat 1 in coyote brown instead,go figure...
