Ontario Rat 3

I am looking to purchase a knife around the 80 dollor range. I would like to not go over 100, but would for the right knife. I am looking for something around the size and looks of an Ontario Rat 3, if not that. I have seen the Izula II and other knives of the such, but not quite sure. I have small hands, so what do you guys think I should do?

Cold steel pendelton hunter,3.5in aus-8 and kraton for fairly cheap, very comfortable handle design and hunting forums have been raving about it.

and the obvious......buy an esee-3, better heat treat, sheath, warranty, longer handle...worth the extra bucks over the ontario-3. I have an old rat-3 from esee before the name change and it is a great little knife.
