I'm hankering to get a RAT, but I want to pick one that will best fit the sheathes I already own. The homepage only specifies the blade length, but doesnt necessarily include the choil. Anyway, I just want to be perfectly clear.

Whats the length from the tip to the handle slabs of the RAT-5 and RAT-7.

Hey Sketch, they now have a Forum here on BF - I'm sure you can get all the info you want if you ask this question there....

OR perhaps one of our overworked MODS can move this thread to that Forum??

yep. seems like the advertised blade length on all the RAT models are from tip to plunge line, not tip to handle. this is true for my RAT-3 and my RAT-7.
