Ontario RD4 or RAT4 sheath?

I'm looking for decent quality cordura sheaths for my Howling Rat that isn't going to break the bank. I know Survival Sheath Systems makes a sweet one, and Eagle Industries used to (apparently they don't anymore, though everyone says otherwise) but these bad boys are 15 bucks. Anybody have any experience with construction quality and design?
