Ontario Red Rat 2 scales get dye from jeans

Ok got me an Ontario Red Rat 2 That I love and every pair of jeans that I wear with it (all my jeans are OLD wranglers ) stain the red G10 scales. Washes off with dawn and a rag easily BUT should i leave It as patina or keep cleaning? These jeans all of them have been washed and dried several times over the years and it happens anyway lol
