Any info on the redesigned RTAK?

I am a lover of large blades. I have tried many different types of large knives in search for a blade that is small enough to make a belt knife but large enough to chop and clear brush well.

The best blade I have seen was the RTAK but the handle sucked! I got rid of mine even though the blade was good. I should have kept it since I could have grown the handle to fit. Now I hear Ontario has made a version that is supposed to have a decent handle. Could this be the knife I have been looking for? Reviews please!

I havent looked at one in person yet, but it sure looks like an improvement on the old RTAK...

No, But its on the top of my christmas list and I think someone already got it for me :) Hopefully Ill be posting a review after christmas.

Another no but I realllllllllllllllllllly wanna try one. I got alot on my plate but the RTAK II will get to me eventually.

same here. i had a real love affair with my old RTAK. gave 'er to a friend, oh well.
i am ready to try the RTAK II so please send me an email when you get your new whopper chopper.

has anyone had use of the becker tactical tool? i consider it the best all around head cracker door buster survival tool on the planet , at least till i build something better. you know a smaller blade type is probably the right choice for everyday work, but i'm talking bug-out gear for the road the cave or the hills or whatever.
