Ontario SP2 with orange peel coating?? did I recieve a knock off?

Hey guys. I just recieved my Ontario SP2 knife that ordered off ebay " trusted seller " . When I was looking at the pictures on most of the sites, the blade of the knife seemed smooth. What I got was a smooth coating but it looked like an orange peel, grainy(although smooth on touch). I wonder if this is a very old version of the knife, rather then the current one? If so, is it inferrior to the smooth looking surface Ontario Sp2?
Any ideas? All comments are appreciated!

PICS from a different guy who posted the same knife, only with 27 teeth, mine is with 29 saw teeth.
