Oosik bowie.......kinda.

Hi all. Just thought I would post a pic of one of my favorite bowies I sold a few years ago. (What can I say. The babies needed shoes.) I made it from O-1 tool steel. The blade was 7 1/4 in. Long 3/16 thick. The handle was oosik that I fitted into the brass wrap around finger gaurd and pommel at 45 degree angles.

WOW ! Filework is insane.. Love how the file work starts off wide and tightens up at the end.. Cant wait for you to start on my mystical monster)!!
