Open House 11/25, 26 & 27

Anyone that wants to come on down and help me eat the food I am cooking well be welcomed. The 25th is strictly eating and drinking. 26 & 27 eating, drinking and knife stuff.
I'll will be cooking a 6# leg of young goat, 12# turkey and all the fixins.It is just Helen, me and the dogs. And Helen just got a feeding tube.
I was going to chop off Fatzo's (OLE GOAT) leg when he wasn't looking but I figured it would be to tough and stringy. :eek: :eek: :D
 
MMMM Goat sounds good. havent eaten any since I was a kid. A neighbor cooked a whole goat over hardwood charcoal on low heat for most of the day. That was the most tender and delicious meat I've ever eaten.

George, you and Helen have a good Thanksgiving. The last time I ate any goat was in Iran or Turkey, can't remember which. It was pretty good.

Hey I.G. Happy Turkey day to you and Helen. I will give you a call and try to comeover sometime Friday or Saturday. Pete got some some of a vacuum unit
and we played around with it Monday night. Made an awful mess! Anyway

GrassHoppa and myself may go on a scavenger run to the N.B. Ship Supply and Mattapoisett Boatyard for some cable and WI chain on Friday or Monday. :D
 
Thats a heck of an invite, wish I lived closer. Actually I wish you lived closer, if I go anywhere its going to be somewhere warm :D

You better leave Fitzo's legs alone, you wouldn't get much done with him propped up on your anvil stump ;)

Matt, I hear Ya. Although it is 64 degrees up here today. :confused:

Last goat I ate was the one that broke my thumb and made a knife handle out of. Enjoy and have a great holiday and everyday. Give Helen a big kiss from all of us!

I'll be damn'd, it snowed here today :grumpy: I was inside eating so it didn't matter though :D
