I've seen similar tools at convenience stores for them to open all the cartons they get, and I've also seen a mini version about the size of a silver dollar as a keychain tool. It's a good purpose-driven device ...

I cannot believe they have a picture of an idiot trying to open one of those packages with his teeth! People don't really do that here in the 21st Century do they?
