First thing after getting Dylan's Op.425 was to figure what style of sheath would do it the most justice and be most useful to me. The vast majority of my work is done in all leather, but I have been doing some leather/kydex combination rigs. This seemed to fit this knife and my carry preferences all the way around. My shoulders won't allow me to carry high on the belt with a larger blade, so the lower ride, plus the crossdraw option, are perfect. Having done similar sheaths that allowed multiple knives to be carried, I went ahead and did a kydex liner for my Fiddleback Bushfinger. Now, I can carry either one of my top knives in the same leather outer. Gonna decide whether or not to add a small utility pouch (stone or whatever) to the package.
Dylan, thanks for letting me post this and thanks for a super knife.
Rick

Really nice work Rick! Dylan is going to laugh hearing the 425 called a larger blade, thought it is big compared to the Pro 6-5 I have. I'm playing with an O 575 tonight slicing up some lamb steaks, yellow squash, and some tomato.

Always a pleasure to see your work Rick. Beautiful as the knives that get slipped in.
