Hello all

My wife joined spydercos opfocus program but she was looking through the site and there wasn't very much for sale... is this normal?

When you check out, it will take off 50%.

To get the opfocus price ahead of time, just halve the MSRP. There are no special sales other than that discount.

Yeah by all accounts there's not much for sale right now. Production is tight and I suspect they'll always sit down at the table last and then stock their shelves after the dealers have full plates.
 
Just saw you said not much for sale rather than what I read as there being sales (for opfocus members), my mistake. Anyway, as Danke said, lots out of stock, presumably covid backups, as it didn't used to be like that. I've been keeping pages open for knives I'm interested in and refresh every couple days. I noticed some come in within the last week.

What‘s available on the Spyderco Factory Online store waxes and wanes under normal circumstances.
For the last year there’s been considerably more waning than waxing ☹️.
I assume it’s just a reflection of the current world at large, and it will improve with time.

It’s a great and very generous program that speaks a lot about the company’s values and those of its founder.

10 according to the site, at least for me and unless it changed within the last couple of weeks. Ordered three knives two weeks ago and got told I have seven of 10 left for the year

edit: Took me a minute to find the page showing it. 10 it is.
