How might I tighten the lockring on my #6. it rotates too easily.

Grind the viro bloc face down, that's what I did, no way for it to unlock on accident.

You can also just pop it off (c-clip pliers work great) and squeeze it in a vise (with the opening slot running parallel to the vise jaws). Pop it back on and it should be nice and snug. I've had a couple Opis that came this way, and this technique works fine. No re-loosening over several years of use. :thumbup:

edit: Forgot to add: you want to do this incrementally. Give it a little squeeze, then pop it back on the knife and see how it is. You don't want to squeeze it too much all at once or it can get too tight and be difficult to turn.
