Opinel No.7 customization project

I got my No.7 in the mail today and I plan on customizing it heavily. I recently saw a giveaway by a user named jone, who was being cool enough to give away a lot of cool gear. He also had two modified opinel knives that I found so much cooler than the original design. And I look forward to making my own "custom(ish)" knife for no more than 12 dollars. Hopefully I can post pics (if the final product isnt too shameful)
 
Opinel's are fine knives and fun to modify. Post em when you finish. The only thong shameful would be not giving it a good try.
 
Yep, Looking forward to the project. Some WIP pics would be cool. Ive seen a few customized Opinels over the years, recieved my first, stock # 8, slim w/ Inox (sadly, this version doesnt come in carbon or olive wood)...always wanted to try a project. This is inspiring..

Thanks I will. I'll be sure to try my best at keeping it functional looking at least haha.

A thong would be shameful. It seems a little indecent to dress a knife so scantily.

Sorry, but I just couldn't pass that one up.
