OPINEL sharpening? Like scandi?

I have always wanted to know if you sharpen an opinel the same way as a scandi, or - Do you add a secondary edge?

My last opinel was the first stainless version I have had and I think I am going to stick to carbon from now on. It did not come that sharp and I would like to touch it up.

I believe they just use a simple symmetrical V grind, but I may be wrong. Unless you want to change the way it cuts and the edge geometry just follow the factory grinds and you're set.

I treat it like a very fine full convex grind stropping over sand paper and leather strop ;-)
