I took my Opinel No. 8 garden knife (stainless steel spear point blade) and added a Kershaw Centofante pocket clip to it. I had to remove some wood for it to fit flush, but it's a very nice carry piece. I no longer have to dig it out of my pocket. My picture-taking abilities are non-existant, but you get the idea...
