Hey fellow suspects...

I am thinking of selling my CQC6. It has, however, seen 4 years of daily carry. Therefore, to say it is in mint condition would be a fallacy. However, as right now I need the money more, I'd like your opinions on what it's worth might be. As I've seen NIB 2001's going for a grand +, what might one get for a '96, no secondary bolster detent, hourglass clip, more "aggressive" tip style (more acute angle) and now a single bevel (quite well done...;) ) yet with some scuffs and scratches on the blade (easily cured if I can get to a buffer) and carry wear on the handle. The green canvas micarta looks almost black from daily carry. Nice and sharp and still rock solid.

Seriously, if you need the cash, why not send it to Ernie to refinish at a nominal cost, and be able to sell it for full value?
BTW-alcohol should bring those scales back to green.

Sorry Lifter, I sold my full Dress six a few months ago for a few Dollars more than that.......

I was suprised to see it appear on ebay a couple of weeks ago selling for a less than paid though....

C.N. Just do a search here, you'll see that your knife is a nice piece and hopefully you'll get a good amount of coin for it.
I won't state a price, but if you do a search you'll see the price for yourself.
Just go for it, it's a great knife and you deserve a few bucks for it.
