Opinion on Cold Steels VN tomahawk?

If you run the search function, you'll get a fair number of past opinions (unless you already have, in which case please excuse my suggestion).

I have an older one and it's OK. I sharpened the leading and trailing edges. Also put on a better primary edge. The shaft on mine is tightly fit and has never come loose. The leather sheath is decent quality. However, I own 3 of Two Hawks' excellent products ( www.2hawks.net ) and have an ATC Next Generation Ranger Hawk ( www.americantomahawk.com/catalog/next.htm ) on the way, so the CS doesn't get a lot of use.

For what purposes do you intend to use the CS Vietnam hawk?
