Opinion :-)

I don't own either but like the Grizzly Ridge looks better. I'm sure both are great knives.
 
Freek. Very neutral handle design, great blade, very suited to the sorts of outdoor activity that would make me carry a knife on washers. I’d rock one for camping or hiking.
 
The Freek feels better in my hand. Both have the versaflex scales which IMO are great. I also prefer the blade more on the Freek.
