Hello
I'm about to aquire this Blade (Assult Shaker)
And was wondering what do you guys thinking about dipping the handle of it in that plastic/rubber compound I seen used on tools and stuff ?
Have you done it ? Would it last and work fine grip wise ?
Any advice is well come

Thanks for the clarification. The dentist gave me some serious stuff, and I’m a bit loopy. Don’t want to cross “The Law”.

I dipped a couple skeletonized knives. It was fine but the kydex sheaths quickly began to peel the dip away.

Those shakers are badazz blades and the name creates a strong visual. It evokes the image of walking down a street at night and getting violently jumped, the shaker gets gripped, pulled out and put to use as a knuckle duster and if the situation warrants it, the pointy end goes pokey pokey as well. Its a potent little fistfull of steel thats for sure.

But now Imthinking that plasti dip might be too slick for handle material, some grippy tape might be better however uglier :D

I'm trying to imagine how any of the shakers can be used as a duster. Is it possible you're thinking of a scotch dispenser?
