Hey guys...
Thought I'd post pics of my Apprentices latest work. Her and I do alot of knives together and she also does alot on her own. Anyways....this is her 3rd "Mutation" necker. It has Dark Red G10 scales, Kydex sheath with neck cord and IWB strap, and its made of double zero ground 1095 steel. Damn shes good at what she does....have a look ans give me your opinions.... post up what yo think of it, or email me or post if you have any questions.

I really like that style of couched handle on neckers. The design balance on that is pretty sweet.

I could see a karambit being done in that style really easily

Looks like ya can do some surgical work with that little necker.

I really like that grinding work, nice design.

Keep up the good work, this is very very addicting pastime for some people. :D

Thanx Guys...She tries really hard to do well. With a resource like BF and you guys here, new makers can learn much faster and properly. It is addicting indeed Mr. T Blade...you are correct sir.

I'm sure she will post in here soon...she rarely gets on the computer though. :)

Thanx again guys....

More opinions?? :D

My appologizes for the delay in responding in this thread, but I wanted to say Thanks to everyone's positive compliments. I really appreciate it....and it gives me the confidence to keep rolling with knifemaking.

Yes, this type of work is VERY addictive....in fact, I'm working on another design now. It's still only on paper, but I'm hoping that I will be done soon.
