Opinions on ER MF2 or Nemesis

Hello Everyone,

I recently sold a watch and am looking to buy a nice high end folder. I am 99% decided on a Extreme Ratio, and am debating on either the MF2 (Non-Moschin) or Nemesis.

I am attracted to the MF2 because of the unusual design (second hilt, secondary lock, etc...), and the Nemesis, well, because it is a mean looking and tough as nails folder. Of note, I am looking at the Non-moschin version of the MF2, mainly because I don't need the extra decoration (or $$) on the knife. I have to say that I am somewhat leaning towards the MF2, but having never handled either one, wanted to get some of your opinions...

Any and all opinions and recommendations of either of these knives or the brand in general are most welcome!! :D Thanks in advance...
 
It's hard to get many answers on ER knives. They have very little distribution in the US or advertising. I have a few of their knives, and like them, the Nemesis being my first. I have the MPC now also. Both basically the same with slightly different blades. I can't picture the MF2.

They are tough knives, the N690 keeps a good edge. The Nemesis is not a great slicer with that thick a blade and obtuse an edge but it could be reprofiled. I never bother with the secondary bolt lock, the regular back lock is more than sufficient.
 
Sorta funny that ER lists this knife as a medium folder when if has a blade nearly 4.5" long, and an oal of over 10". But I like the design and the looks of it. I especially like the Desert Warfare model with the different finish that is not black! Not really high on the striped blade, but...... I saw this version, but will probably go with the black.

I think the "Meduim" category has to do with weight, not length as there is nothing very medium about this knife....

Thanks for the advice! Nemesis is also growing on me... Decisions Decisions!:D
