It is prolly a waste of money but I have been looking for one of these guys for almost a year now and I finally found one.

Its a little .410/45LC double barrel derringer(?). It has a pretty miniscule grip but a 11" barrel.

Needles to say I'm looking forward to shooting it. I wonder how it will do dove hunting? Would it even be legal?

Sorry for the crappy pic but the camera crapped out on me.

oh, I would LOVE one of those! I'd probably redo the grips, though. That's a tiny little bit of holding onto space.

Terrible idea...horrible purchase...you should send it this way and save yourself the embarrassment when you try to take it out in public...:D:D:D

Actually, it's pretty interesting. I would like to know the maker. Looks like it would make a decent snake gun, with some new grips, for me to kep on the tractor.

From the 2008-2009 Outdoor Annual...

With respect to hunting migratory game birds...

Legal Shotgun: Shotguns not larger than 10 gauge, fired from the shoulder, and incapable of holding more than three shells (shotguns capable of holding more than three shells must be plugged with a one-piece filler which is incapable of removal without disassembling the gun, so the gun's total capacity does not exceed three shells).

It violates the letter but not necessarily the spirit of the law. I believe that the guage restriction and "shoulder fired" restriction are in response to commercial hunters that would use very large guage shotguns secured to boats to flock shoot geese and ducks.

I could be wrong, but I was told that the above was one way that commercial waterfowling was done.

Yeah, they were called "Punt Guns" and they were huge and could take down 100 ducks with one shot... Its no wonder they were outlawed.:D

Its Illegal to hunt with , unless pistol hunting is legal in your state. I think those are cool, I never thought to much about the quality of the manufacture..another really cool company that has some neat and affordable guns..KEL-TEC. Great guns, at cheap prices. They arent Kahr or Steyr..but they work most of the time.
I like the ability to use 2 different rounds..great survival tool. Gene

hang on to it because I believe it will be on the new ban list of firearms, but it is a cool little pistol. Is that called the comanche or something ?

Hmmm, horrible little gun....Got it, I better just go ahead and get rid of it. Thanks guys I figured I would get flamed for it. The fit and finish is not the greatest but for $175 I wasn't expecting much. The maker is Leinad Inc. out of Ducktown, TN.

They make a couple of different versions both long/short and double/single barrels. They are also insanely hard to get a hold of. They have produced guns under Leinad(Daniel Backwards, apperently there is a back story) as well as FMJ arms.

I guess I shouldn't go hunting with it but it will find use for something fun.

If anyone was wondering why I went with a long barreled version it's because I have read the .410's do not have great ballistics out of a short barrel. The double barrel should be self explanatory.

Some better pics.

This and a few other items are on a short list of things to buy before the next guy in office.

Not sure if this gun even has a name. The box just has a picture of the gun.

This gun is made by Cobray. I have the single shot version with a 3 inch barrell . i am currently hollwing out a book to keep it in on my bookshelf. i bought mine off of a co worker for $ 80 . i would like to have the double with a longer barrell for a back pack gun

Looks like fun to me, and would make a nice little personal protection gun for the trail. That small grip may be a bear to hold onto though!
