Opinions on Raven

I have a chance to buy an Emerson Raven. Not having seen any discussion about this knife anywhere, I wondered if anyone has any experience using it, or any opinions about it?
 
If you like it go for it.

Its not a bad knife at all, I do prefer the G-10 handles my self though :thumbup:

Is it the tanto or spear point your going for ?
 
I bought a couple of them in 98. They served me well till they were stolen. One of them had a true satin finish so that was a real loss. I thought they were good knives. Nice and light fit the hand well and sharp.
 
ravens are "ok", imho most all EKI's are at least that lol, the ravens never been a big fav of mine, mostly due to aesthetics, nothing wrong with them.

only con imho is nowadays theres a lot better stuff around, imho anyway.

I'm waiting to hear from Morimotom, also. He has a set of stand offs. I really like them on my HD-7. ;)
