Hello all. I just ordered a 25-6" with a stainless blade. Did I make a mistake? I intend the knife to be a user rather than a collecter piece and as such I want it to take and hold a decent edge without a lot of upkeep. I generally touch up my knives after using them so I thought that the stainless would suit me better, but if the carbon steel that Randall is using is light-years ahead of their stainless then I want to know about it now so I can change my order. Any help would be appreciated.
