Hi,

I'm looking to get a larger fully serrated folder. I don't have any. Anyone own the Shaman fully serrated? How well does it cut? Sharp from factory? Action? Also, is the DLC blade holding up well?

Thanks guys

I bought my son (Lineman Apprentice) fully serrated DLC Shaman last year. He was having issues with serrated Tenacious LW flexing and sometimes collapsing (working with heavy gloves) cutting heavy material at work. The Comp lock , Blade geometry, And heavy duty nature of the Shaman frame has worked well for him in addition to the Milwaukee hawkbill supplied by his employer. The Shaman is a legitimate work knife and the S30V serrated blade has worked for his needs.

The only issue that has surfaced, The foreman found out he has such a good cutting tool, Constantly demanding the Shaman during the job. He's been leaving it home more often lately! 😎

I had one and got rid of it cus it didn’t slice as well as I wanted it to but I think that’s just cus of the geometry. It DOES cut really well on things you don’t need to pull the whole blade through. The dlc holds up really well, and action is great. Mine I got used so idk about factory edge
