Opinions on the FG Please

I think my question got lost on the 09 New Knife thread. This knife has a mirror polished 4 dot and what looks like laminated wood inlays. The sheath is brown and the box is a the coated yellow one piece with 110FG Cat#388.

Any thoughts on this one?

That knife is a leftover from a special project that featured a gold etch blade. For some reason (perhaps the order never reached anticipated quantity), Buck had a large number of these knives and offered them to dealers without the gold etch blade.

So the 4dots came out of parts inventory?
I guess you could call this a LE?
