Opinions on The Immortal

I'm contemplating getting my first Cold Steel. I like the blade shape and steel of the Immortal. Looks nasty. What are your thoughts and opinions on this beast?

If it's calling to you, get it. You really can't go wrong, it's Cold Steel.

I think the Immortal is a great looking knife but it's just too small to have any validity as a gladius. In contrast CS's Rajah 2 with it's 6 inch blade really is a folding kukri. If Cold Steel ever brings out an XL version of the Immortal I'll snap it up.

You're better off starting a heroin addiction! A much cheaper addiction! CS is great but the Immortal doesn't speak to me personally. But if it speaks to you snatch it up! Great lock and materials.

It's sort of ridiculous, but I still like mine a lot. Like many Cold Steel knives, it's stupid tough, but still relatively slim and trim and carries well. The pocket clip is a huge improvement over their curved clip design and the G10 is super grippy, but avoids the abrasive, pocket shredding texture of some offerings.

It wouldn't be my first choice for most practical uses, but it's cool, fun and will definitely cut plenty well if called on.

Just picked up a Spartan because I’ve always wanted one. Thinking about getting this to accommodate it but I wish it came with black g10 as an option...

What color are you guys thinking?
