Opinions on the Lone Wolf Defender??

I had inquired about this is another thread, but since this knife is at the top of my most wanted list, I thought it needed its own thread.

I can't find any reviews! Has anyone held one? Any thoughts at all? Looking for an edc, and this really jumped out at me. Looking for any info at all! :D

My brother purchased one for my father and it is a real high quality knife. But after a week of my father just shaving arm hair and showing it off. The blade developed quite a bit of play. After doing a quick search on Google I guess this is quite common with the paul lock. It was packed up and sent back to New Graham for an exchange. We will see how the next one fairs.

I handled one but didn't like the Paul Axial lock. I, too, have read that the knife develops play quickly. There's better knives to buy at the same price, or cheaper.
 
I think Blade mag said this is the Knife of the Year 2009. Never heard of the axial lock, looks interesting.
 
Thanks alot guys. I have heard from 3 places now that the blade develops a wobble. I will pass! Already returned a cold steel triple actions because of crappy designed handles. Back to the drawing board ...
