So what do you guys think about the trend toward "midtech" knives, coined by Mr. Ken Onion I believe. In a nutshell, custom makers are trending toward having basic tasks outsourced & then finishing the knives themselves. It lowers the cost & puts more great knives into more happy hands, if ya ask me..
