Dear fellow Bladeforum members,
This is my first thread after registering and lurking on this forum for 3 1/2 years, so please go easy on me.
I would like opinions on these 3 folding knives, though the views of those who actually owned or handled any of them would be more valued.
1. Lone Wolf Knives US 45.
2. Spyderco Chinook 3.
3. Boker Turbine Forum and Tactical.
What I currently own.
1. MOD CQD Mark 2 combo-edge, my first folding knife apart from a SAK.
Bought in 2006, served as EDC for 3 years.
2. Gerber Mini-Covert
Bought this in 2009 to test out a linerlock knife and its Zytel handles. Also as a EDC to reduce the wear and tear on the CQD Mark 2.
3. Al Mar Shrike
Bought this less than a month ago for the sake of testing out among other things, VG-10 stainless steel, G10 handles, satin finish, flat ground blade and the trailing point.
What else is on my wishlist but had already been covered here on BF:
1. Al Mar SERE 2000.
2. Al Mar Nomad.
3. Emerson ECBF CQC-13.
4. Spyderco Police 3 G10.
Any useful opinions would be appreciated. Thanks
