I'm looking for a medium sized fixed blade, mainly for home use. In my opinion, the Benchmade Nimravus looks much better and it seems well built although i hate those aluminium handles. However, 0160 and 0170 appears to be even sturdier. I don't like the design of both ZT fixed blades, but i'm more worried about the sheath button snap. It looks weak, so i need some opinions on it. So, which should i pick? :D

What do you mean by home use? I'm picturing you slicing tomatoes with a big black tactical blade!

The Nimravus sheath has a snap also unless you spend another $40 for the Kydex. If you don't like the aluminum handles of the Nimravus I'd get the 0170. I don't have a 0170 but the sheath design looks like it would have reasonable retention and you could ditch the strap. The 0170 looks like a very big blade and may be a bit large for your use.

For size comparison ZT's next to each other

There's more info on the 0170 vs Nimravus in this thread:

I have a 0160 and like it. It is a simple, no frills knife that cuts well, is handy, and carries comfortably. I'm also a fan of the clip point. The blade thickness is .160" on the 0160, while it is .125" on the 0170. The handle is very comfortable in my hand and I have large hands.

When ZT first announced the new models and I saw the 0160, I knew right away that I had to have one. Just something about it's no-frill's look that appeals to me.

Btw, the sheath is excellent and holds the knife firmly even without the strap snapped in place, yet easy to get out when using you thumb to press against the top of the sheath.

Here's a pic of mine with the ZT0200;

I could slice some tomatos with it :D it's mainly for protection/emergency use, and just me itching to get a nice fixed blade.
The 0160 looks tough, but i really don't like the looks of it. Unless there's a huge advantage the 0160 has over the other 2, i won't get one.
That's a nice cat you got there cutter!
