Opinions sought on Forum D2 Sifu!

I have never seen a REKAT knife in the flesh. How good is this knife? The nearest thing I have for size is a CS Vaq Grande. I doubt the VG is a match for quality, but how usable is the Sifu as a daily folder?

Oh and this is not a troll post...

General,
Just posted "BITTEN! by the BIG knife bug". I asked the same question about the D-2 Sifu. I went ahead and ordered one this morning. Will let you know what I think when I get it. In the meantime I'll just have to sit around playing with my D-2 MADD MAXX! BTW check out my response to the Wegner question! LOL!

Go to the Makers/Mfgrs., and click the REKAT forum. Several people have received their D-2 Sifus and have left commentaries.

I think mine is stuck in customs with some bureaucrat automaton mistaking it for a switchblade. I hope I don't get a seizure notice.

I got a D2 Sifu as Christmas present

. The black G10 + stonewashed blade one. It's quite impressive. I don't have any complains about the quality. It locks very well and doesn't have any blade play. I am not a knife fighting guru so I don't know how if its efficient. For everyday carry it's quite big and people may get scared. It can be carried in the jeans pocket though. The only bad thing I can say about it it's that one hand opening in not the easiest I've seen. BTW, my wife asked the seller to check the knife before sending it, so that can explain the good quality.
