Zippo, that is called the 4 color Eagle as there are 4 different colors to the etch. It's a very special etch variation as it's the only 4 color etched one to make it to the market.
FYI: they did a 4 color Duck seen that only made it to the sample stage of production.

Seems the federal and Lochsa are the big front runners…
I know the Federal is a collectable in demand, but to me its pretty plain Jane. surprised it so hot in the votes. seems Al Buck gets no respect and surprised the silver script logo on wood got no votes. The 15 anniversay idaho is a very pretty knife, silver bolsters, however my mistake, its not sv30.

The vote for the Federal is a result of this knife being made by hand,as the original machinery had long ago become obsolete and discarded.

The Federal is a fraction of the size and weight of the next generations of the 110 Hunter, including the current iteration.

IMHO it is more unique than the Lochsa, since there are many 110's with S30V and many with pocket clips and several with the headless design.

Current production 110 weighs 211.5 grams
The Federal weighs 151 grams

This is a 2 dot 110 compared to the Federal.

When I am deciding on a rare 112 I think about how other collector's, not just knife might feel/value it. For instance the Colt gold etched Bucks also attracts Colt gun collectors. A Stag 112 from the Old Custom shop is desirable to folks who chase Old Custom shop knifes. How much a particular 112 differs factors in too. A bareheaded 112 always gets a close look from me others don't like them. Same with Drop points as I REALLY like them but others dont. The number made is a big factor but some LE's with a high run are just NOT seen for sale often as they are popular because of other reasons such as steel choice. For example D-2 or in the case of the new BOTM 112 S45VN. First and only 112 with it. Price is the biggest factor I think.
Pick one of the 110's on your list that usually sells for over $200.00 and if you can get it for $75.00 absolutely pick that one! Condition is a big deal too for certain older 110's to as some are seldom found pristine NIB but fairly common in nice used condition. The 4 pin plus rocker is a good example.
Since so many different collectors value/like different 110's what really matters is what appeals to you and more importantly the cost to you. NEVER overpay unless it's so rare the opportunity to add it to the collection seldom (or hardly ever lolol) happens.
