Ahhhgggggghhh!

Heat pump compressor died this weekend. Warrantied for 10 years. So I dug out the purchase invoice. July 20, 1995. :grumpy:

So many cool Busses up for sale right now. Do you know how many Busses the cost of a new heat pump would buy?

(No, Pro, I ain't that desperate, yet!)
 
Sorry to hear about the heat pump, isn't that just the way Murphy said it would be? I just found out my last employer didn't pay the premium on my health insurance, for the month my new son was born, I had oral surgery and got myself fixed. Now I have to get an attorney and to top it off, I see the extravaganza is coming. Oh well, I know I'm not the only one. I hope your fix is not too expensive, and I hope you can keep cool until it's done. ;)
 
Mike, I would think they would still cover.

If they don't, let us know who it is and we'll hog-boycott them...LOL

Mike, talk to your HVAC guy, it has been my experience that some of them have a little flex in the "warranty" period. Worth a try.
 
Oh yeah, send me a list of what you are looking to sell before you parade them out in front of every one. :)
 
Stuck contactor had burned up the compressor starting capacitor. No compressor problems, no humongous bills. Busse money not wasted on
frivolities like air conditioning. Life is good.

now thats a hell of a month!! There are many |"comments" to be made there, but I'll let it slide... :D
