Option Pricing?? Help............

I am coming to you guys for some help. I have been contacted by Rick Hudson about my Loveless style Drop point knife. He is interested in selling this model and wanted a list of options and prices. He is interested in a higher end model with damascus and mammoth ivory. Here goes the questions........
Has any of the makers here worked with Rick Hudson? He says he works with some of the prominent Guild members and sell over 300 of thier knives to cigar smokers and cognac drinkers in thier homes(kinda like tupperware parties for men).
Also what would some of you knifemakers charge for options such as:
file work on the spine
file work on the full tang
also what is your markup(over and above the cost of materials) on damascus blades and mammoth ivory.(I hope this makes sense)
