....besides around your neck????

The little sheath that comes with the Emerson La Griffe, doesn't look like it would offer many different carry options.

you could probably attach some sort of belt loop or teklok.

but my advice would be to have something custom made in kydex or leather.

I use a rip-cord on my La Griffe alot. I also use a IWB sheath made by Keith Morgan. Depending on how you want to carry it you can use zip ties or 550 para cord for various different carry positions. You might check out the HAK web site for ideas. Let your imagination run wild you might be surprised what you come up with. I`ve not used one but some like the merc harness for the La Griffe.

I agree with checking out hideawayknives for carry ideas. All of them transfer to the Le Griffe. A static cord tied to the sheath and then to a belt loop works well to. Use just enough para cord that the knife hangs in your pocket. Reach in and pull it out, real quick deployment. Check out the sidewinder sheath, search it here and I'm sure you will find a pic or two. The Mercharness was developed for the Le Griffe, also an excellent option. 3M dual lock for mounting works well. All inexpensive options for carry. If you can't find it through a search here, go over to Usual Suspects forum. There are a ton of pics and ideas just for the Le Griffe, throw it in the search box.
