The H stands for Handmade and 65 is the serial number. These were the first Sebenzas Chris made. Very collectable and 'spensive if you can find them!
The polished hollow grind is around a 1000 grit (I believe) satin polish on just the hollow ground portion of the blade. From the start of the hollow grind on the spine of the blade, to the start of the blade edge bevel. The flat portions of the blade are still stonewashed with the polished hollow grind option.
