Orange blossoms and lobster patterns

Which custom makers can and do make orange blossom and lobster slipjoint pattern--or other old-time Sheffield patterns? It seems that these must be a royal pain to make, cause not too many makers do it.

The ones that I am aware of are (no particular order):

Dan Burke
Ron Newton
Bailey Bradshaw
Richard Rogers
Joel Chamblin
C. Gray Taylor

Anyone that I am missing? (I had a particularly tiring day, so if I did miss anyone, let that be my excuse).

The Boses do not list these patterns in their catalog. Nor have I ever heard of one by Ruple. Still probably worth a couple of phone calls, even if they don't usually do them, they could be interested in a project.

I hadn't thought of Terry Davis- also a good idea.
