Orange Peeling Ti

I have a Spydiechef and I want to customize. How do people put an orange peel texture of Ti? Is it with a wire wheel or something else?

I’ve done it to aluminum and copper with a stainless wire wheel on a bench grinder, but I have no idea how Ti would react.

Yeah, I’ve done aluminum too, but Ti is much stronger and harder
