Well I am loving this orange! Need a little more cleanup on the handle and put an edge on it. Working on the sheath now too. My first experience with G10, learned real quick you gotta be real careful when sanding so not to scorch it. Thanks for looking. Comments always welcome.

That Orange G-10 can be eye-candy to a potential customer. Some like it and some not so much.

I have used it a few times, but it collects dirt pretty easily if not sealed with something. After I finish sanding, I seal it with Teak Oil. Seems to help some.

I like orange. One vendor suggests using wd-40 to get back to the bright color.I just hand sand to 400 grit and buff. Then scrub it clean with dawn and hot water.

Nice work!

I'm a big fan of orange handles. I know that some people don't really care for them, so I only make them occasionally.

Thanks for the comments guys. Truly you all have some awesome skills. I love traditional blade/handle material combos, but sometimes you gotta spice it up.

There are several suppliers for orange and other colors, not painted.

I now hand sand all my micarta and g10 over a bucket of water, really helps and keeps the dust down. Keep it really wet. I do rough shaping with a new belt and then go to files and sandpaper
