Orange Schrade

I came across an orange 8OT this weekend and since I couldn't find any information on them I didn't but it. Can someone help me out a bit on this one? Are they common? There was no shield just plain orange scales, USA made, and a small blemish on one of the bolsters. What would be a fair price? I am pretty sure I can pick this one back up if I want it. For some reason I have a slight problem with orange knives.
