I just got my orange Skyline in today and I noticed something that kinda has me worried. Im not sure if this is normal so that is why im asking yall now!

Only half of the width of the liner lock is engaging the blade tang. To put it in percentage I would say the lockup is around 7-10%. Is this a problem? I didnt notice it being that early with my brown Skyline. Now my brown Skyline is at about 20-25%. Will the orange lockup move in with use? Just looking to get some opinions because I dont want to cut myself from the lock disengaging because the blade is extremely sharp!

Thanks guys!

It's good to go and will work it's way inward over time with use - it adds life so as long as you can't disengage the lock by apply force on the blade, it should be good.
The Skyline isn't a hard use knife anyway - it just needs to be safe . . .
