It's December so I decided to get myself a present! Unfortunately I had to make it myself.....;)

I made an Orbis 6, Cerakote coating, stabilized Maple burl grip. Sheath I still have to make.

The knife is forged out of 1 piece of 1.2510 (O1), which makes it a half integral.

Steel: 1.2510
Blade length: a bit shorter than usual 5.5 inches
Grip: 5.0 inches

beautiful made,i like the contrast between coating and wood very much, also the construction from halfintegral makes a real hard userknife !!

Very nice, Toni. I must ask a question. How did you European guys start calling integrals that have a hidden tang a "half integral?" I think that many people over here would not necessarily make that distinction.

He Joe,

We call a knife with an integral guard an half integral and a knife with an integral guard and pommel a full integral.

My knife has a seperate pommel.

Very nice! The wood / bladecoating contrast works very well.

Kind regards,
